A flat fee, a flat timeline.
No equity, no revenue share, no lock-in. A one-time delivery fee, an optional month-to-month retainer, and full ownership of the Platform on final payment.
50% of the Platform Solution Fee, due on the Effective Date. Provider commences handover preparation upon clearance.
Released upon full transfer of credentials, admin panel access, and the Client's written confirmation that the Platform is operational.
Infrastructure monitoring, security patches, Stripe webhook reliability, bug resolution, and written support within 48 business hours. Month-to-month, 30-day notice.
Any documented feature found non-functional during handover is remedied at no additional cost within five business days of written notice.
On receipt of the second instalment, all rights, title and interest in the Platform transfer to the Client — source code, configurations, and the muluk.vip domain included.

This Agreement is executed between the Provider — the builder and operator of the Platform — and the Client, who assumes full ownership on delivery.
